Our Story
After years of experience in the communications industry, Prakash Caulleechurn transitioned into entrepreneurship and established Ezethics PR & Services in 2017. The company was initially headquartered in Mauritius. The company rapidly established itself as a PR firm that was distinguished by its unconventional approach to communication, public relations, reputation management, venture capital (investor relations), private and corporate event planning, web-based solutions, and import-export services.
In March 2025, Ezethics PR & Services expanded its horizons and is now located in Mumbai, India. The company remains committed to excellence and maintains the same visionary leadership.
Ezethics is led by a team of youthful, dynamic professionals who are committed to exceeding the expectations of their clients, under the direction of CEO Prakash Caulleechurn.
Ezethics PR & Services was established in 2017 as a result of the inability to follow the path. Prakash Caulleechurn, the CEO, remains committed to leading a team of professionals who are dedicated to achieving exceptional results.
Ezethics PR & Services is a professional communication and public relations firm that provides web-based solutions. The company provides services to a wide range of clients in Mauritius, India, and internationally, including those in the following industries: biotech, real estate, construction, accountancy, logistics, retail, and financial services.
The firm's clientele encompasses conglomerates, mid-sized corporations, SMEs, and NGOs in Mauritius, Africa, and, most recently, India.
Prakash Caulleechurn initiated his professional journey in the BPO sector, where he acquired valuable experience at numerous multinational corporations, including Accenture, Help On Call, and One Pound Shop.

Founder & CEO
Prakash Caulleechurn is the Founder and CEO of Ezethics PR & Services, responsible for providing executive leadership to the Company and managing its growth. He has over 5 years of private and public sector experience in the communication and project management of infrastructure projects throughout Mauritius and abroad. Having progressed through various leadership roles, Hence comes the setting up of Ezethics PR & Services in 2017 a public relation firm based in Ebene Cybercity the business crux of Mauritius.

Nuruddin Sheikh
General Manager
Nuruddin Sheikh, is a dynamic leader with years of experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvement. He currently serves as Operations Manager at Ezethics PR & Services Mumbai, focusing on cross-functional teams and talent development. Sheikh's proven ability to foster collaboration, drive positive change, and achieve organizational goals is evident.
